Building Surveying

This includes Energy Auditing and Condition Surveying, Party Wall, Surveys for Local Authority Grant Applications and reports on building defects. We act as Project Managers and co ordinate the activities of other professionals and external Consultants.

Interior Design

Offering full Interior Design services for all building types including Commercial, Residential and Leisure schemes. We provide full visualizations, sample boards, schedules and Computer Aided Design (CAD) layouts.

Energy Management

We prepare energy audits and reports for clients for commercial and industrial premises which include advise and upgrading measures with indications of costs and payback periods. On residential schemes we can prepare and certify SAP and NHER Energy Ratings and provide advise regarding materials and cost saving solutions for achieving preset performance standards.

Housing

We undertake a vast and varied range of housing projects, from one off bespoke residences through to large estate developments. We offer creative design solutions utilizing cost effective, energy efficient materials and construction techniques.

Leisure and Commercial

We undertake a vast range of new build, alteration and refurbishment projects, including design solutions for retail units, offices and industrial schemes. Specialist areas include Public House and Restaurant projects incorporating full interior design services.

Conservation Areas & Listed Buildings

We cater for all aspects of work relating to Historic and Listed Buildings, together with Conservation Area projects.

We have an established team with extensive experience involving barn and oast house conversions, warehouse conversion, works to Listed Buildings in association with English Heritage.

We also specialise in works to oak framed structures, projects include alterations and extension of existing oak framed Listed Buildings and the erection of new oak framed buildings for residential, leisure and commercial use.

Several projects highlighted in the residential, commercial and leisure sections on this site were either grade II Listed Buildings or within Conservation Areas including The Grove Ferry Public House, Beckets Barn and the housing scheme at Hythe High Street.
