Manor Farm Barn Public House, Southfleet, Nr Gravesend, Kent.

This scheme involved the conversion of a redundant 18th century, 8 bay, oak and chestnut framed barn into a public house with bar and restaurant areas.

The existing frame was repaired, replaced and adapted to accommodate the new facilities, which include a mezzanine floor for restaurant use, commercial kitchen and managers flat. The ground floor forms an open plan bar area with raised floor areas leading up to the open plan and vaulted restaurant above.

A new cart entry was added to the front, which is fully glazed providing light into both floors.
