This project involved the extension and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed public house located on the river Stour in Kent for a local brewery client.
The works included the complete refurbishment of the ground floor to form a bar and restaurant with a separate garden sales area. A large veranda area was also created along the bank of the river with a new conservatory, which forms part of the restaurant area and the first floor was converted to form 6 letting rooms.
The interior is themed on our clients 'Mulberry Inns' concept. We have also maximised the use of the gardens and function room where our client has obtained a marriage license for that special day!
